Martyrdom Day of Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru Observed at Rayat Bahra University

Rayat Bahra University observed the martyrdom day of Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev with patriotic zeal and enthusiasm on campus. The event witnessed the participation of NSS volunteers, faculty members, and students.

Director NCC, Prof. (Major) A.S. Chahal said that the programme began with a tribute to Bhagat Singh, recalling his courage, sacrifice, and dedication to the nation. Students actively engaged in activities that highlighted his revolutionary ideals and inspired a sense of responsibility among the youth.

A key highlight was a Nukkad Natak performed by students, depicting the life and struggles of Bhagat Singh. The powerful performance captivated the audience and conveyed messages of patriotism and social awareness.

A tree plantation drive was also organized, symbolizing sustainability and commitment to the nation’s future.

Vice Chancellor Prof (Dr) Sanjay Kumar appreciated the efforts of the NSS unit and encouraged students to follow Bhagat Singh’s ideals of courage and selfless service.

The event concluded on an inspiring note, reinforcing the importance of remembering national heroes.
